Was just making up some Knox gelatin plates for a workshop Nancy and I are hosting in Sackville. Experimenting with pan size, etc per student. Good thing I have little food in the fridge because those pans take up space!
Susan Tilsley Manley found a cool recipe that lets her make permanent plates. It involves glycerin and something else. If they crack she can warm them up and they are as good as new.
